Teletherapy

Obligations make seeking therapy harder.

There’s so much going on in your life and the world that seeking therapy seems impossible.

We are living through a worldwide trauma. Many of us remained isolated in our homes and unsure of what lay ahead. We are now slowly re-entering the world and adapting to our “new” lives, which can be anxiety-provoking. Life has felt hectic, and in today’s “always on the go” society, it’s difficult enough to find the time for the little things.

It’s even harder to find time to commute to and from an hour-long session with your therapist in the middle of the day or, even more challenging, after work in between dealing with rush hour traffic and making dinner. You’re here because now more than ever, your mental and emotional health are vital to helping you complete that never-ending to-do list.

You’ve been doing everything you can to protect your physical health and the health of others. But, you notice that your mental health feels impacted. You’re not sure what to do.

I can help you find the time.

I know the impact that stress can have on your mind and body. You’re not too much; you’re not weak.

Life can feel like a lot. Shoot, let’s face it, it is overwhelming. And after everything you have been going through, you weren’t meant to handle or carry something like this alone, and you don’t have to bear that burden alone.

Working with a therapist during this stressful time will allow you to process your concerns, prioritize your well-being, and help you be there for those that need you, including yourself.

Teletherapy helps your life run smoother.

There are many benefits to having sessions with a therapist using telehealth. Teletherapy can be easier and more efficient to access mental health care while balancing all your other responsibilities.

There may be more flexibility to schedule a time convenient for you, allowing you to attend sessions from the comfort and security of your own home.

So that means you get all therapy services (you know, the approachable, nonjudgmental, transformative pieces) online while you sit on your couch rather than mine. Online therapy is exactly like in-person counseling.

We will work together to discover what is causing you distress and help you move forward and improve your overall functioning.

I offer confidential online or phone therapy in California.

I provide confidential video counseling using a HIPAA-compliant video platform and can provide phone counseling for those that prefer not to use video.

It’s easy for us to connect. All you need is access to a platform (laptop, computer, iPad, cell phone) that allows for video conferencing and a place where you will not be interrupted. Then we can start our connection by you accessing the link I provide.

I offer my services throughout California. Teletherapy is ideal for those who may have difficulty accessing services or may have physical limitations that make office visits a struggle!

Please get in touch with me, and we can discuss how teletherapy can meet your needs.
